All reporting and statistics in xOptimizer are listed and operated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), but they are pulled from each traffic source according to the below time zones:

ExoClick - Easter Standard Time (EST) / Coordinated Universal Time -4 (UTC -4)
TrafficJunky - Easter Standard Time (EST) / Coordinated Universal Time -4 (UTC -4)
TrafficStars - Easter Standard Time (EST) / Coordinated Universal Time -4 (UTC -4)
TrafficForce - Easter Standard Time (EST) / Coordinated Universal Time -4 (UTC -4)


Changing the reporting system time zone is not possible as it will directly affect your campaigns' statistics accuracy.


How can I check if statistics in xOptimizer are accurate?

In case you suspect that for some reason the stats are not accurate, then temporarily change your tracker time zone to the time zone of the traffic source according to the above listed time zones and verify if stats match.


Important Note: Please note that a slight clicks difference between your tracker and xOptimizer is normal. This due to API technical limitations which force us to refresh campaign statistics every 10-15 minutes instead of showing them in real-time.
